KIS is known for their efficient security providing ability over the years and also for their privacy preventing cunningness. Recent attempts to hole the beta version of their software proved to be a success though later  they  blocked. I am presenting before you a new method by which you can have KIS running on your PC ( till they find a  solution ) through simple steps. But keep it in mind that this wont work for the KIS 2009 and earlier but only for KIS 2010 trial version  ( DOWNLOAD )

  • Open up KIS 2010
  • Delete any license keys in your soft.
  • Disable Self-Defense and EXIT the program.
  • Goto START –> RUN–>”regedit”.
  • Then goto –>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\KasperskyLab\protected\AVP9\environment.
  • Search for “Product Status” and change it to “Release “.
  • Search “PCID” and change it last three characters. (The characters changed should be from 0-9 or A-F and should be within the brackets {}.) eg :{xxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx2B4}
  • EXIT registry and restart KIS.
  • Open up the program once again and select ACTIVATE TRIAL LICENSE ( This would give an another 30 or 31 days trial period.)
  • Repeat the steps when you go in short of trial period. ( TILL  THE KIS GUYS BLOCK THIS.)
